Types of Housing:
Semi-detached dwellings: Mostly referred to as two separate residences who are attached side by side. But it can also mean a two decker, this a building plan wherein the houses aren’t side but side but one is up+ another. These kind of houses are commonly found in New York and San Francisco.
Detached single unit housing: Meaning the house doesn’t share any inside walls with any other houses or dwelling. Mostly 2 or 3 storeys high and with a large front and back yard.
Attached single-unit Housing: Mostly authentic American 90’s houses with a Victorian style to it (2 or 3 storey houses with 3 or 4 bedrooms).
Prices of real-estate in New York are pretty cheap compared to houses in Europe because it is a huge country. Most preferred and used houses are the detached single unit houses because they are designed for family usage with plenty of room, a garage and likely a large piece of lawn on both sides of the house. The expensive houses are in Manhattan but that is the elite part of New York.

The first thing you do when applying for a US visa is sign for a petition. Once your petition gets approved you will become a petitioner which means that you became a legit U.S resident with your family.
The second thing you do after you became a petitioner is start a process at NVC (National Visa Centre). The process cannot be done without you as applier having an agent which represent you. Once you have started the process and found an agent than the only thing left to do is pay the fees. The fees are mostly for the paperwork and for the agent.
The third thing you need to do is start collecting all of your paperwork like Visa application form, financial documents and supporting documents. If you have collected all of that you must send it to the NVC.
Once you have done all of that you will be called for an interview. The interview is being held just to see if you have done everything like the law says you should do. To the interview you must bring all of the paperwork that you work with among the visa applying process, also every member of the family must be present at the interview.

The prices of petrol and diesel are very low compared to Europe. 1l of petrol 0, 96 USD and the diesel is 0, 84 USD.
In America you can begin with your driving course at your 14th but in North Dakota it is 17 years. So it varies a bit but the procedure is the same.
